After seeing the comparables in the area of Leonard Drive, I also realize the appraiser may have made a mistake in his appraisal. Your flexibility to work with James Esmeyer and also try and get a possible second look at this for a potential re-evaluation from the appraiser is what I look for in a solid loan officer. I understand you and James had a tough moment on the phone, but were able to work it out, take a second look and now move toward the goal of the Abbate’s buying this home.

Your commitment to flexibility and a willingness to have your appraiser take a second look at his work speaks volumes for what you do. We all make mistakes, and hopefully for the appraiser to admit he may have made one and possible rectify his appraisal, shows me your dedication to the buyers. Your wanting to get together and meet for future transactions was a possibility, but going the extra mile to view what Mr. Esmeyer had and then pass it on to your appraiser says more than what you might have said over a cup of coffee.
