Can he talk? Yes he can. Can he teach? Yes he can. Orator, Teacher and Mortgage Broker Stan Johnson can do it all. Whether volunteering at his church, teaching a class in his company conference center or conducting a Webinar online, Johnson’s knowledge, ability and positive energy all shine through.

Johnson was born and raised in Sacramento California. He has been a Hayward resident for over 12 years. He earned a bachelor degree in Economics at CSUS.
When asked about his work experience and how he got from there to here, Johnson smiled and revealed a little known tidbit about himself – although he has always been in sales, his earliest experience was with No-Nonsense Leg Apparel and International Playtex intimate apparel.
But what really set his course on the real estate and mortgage industry was personal real estate investing. After attending several seminars, he felt the call and joined Wells Fargo. From there he went on to become a Real Estate Appraiser.
It wasn’t long before a mortgage broker client convinced him to get back into the business of home finance. He learned his craft well. In addition to his college degree he also earned a Real Estate Brokers license and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation.
His company, First Priority Financial was founded in 1999(?)and is located in San Leandro. In addition to his offices he takes full advantage of an onsite learning center.
Over the years he has received many Top Producer awards. He holds an Affiliate membership in the Bay East Association of Realtors. He is a member of Business Network International (BNI) and is a past-president of the BNI Best of the Bay Chapter.
Johnson serves as Board member at his church. He is also a volunteer Credit Counselor for Northern California Community Development. As a member of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce he serves as an Ambassador.
